Net zero is going to push civilization back over a hundred years by limiting travel (yes, mass transit net zero travel only, with only one major airport in some cases) commerce, social skills, trade, and a pluthera of other things, all while polluting the planet with highly toxic used up batteries, mining activities of said batteries, and limiting the power grid by limiting the fossil fuels to power them. The concern of how this will affect the aircraft produced in these socialist countries is a valid question as this will affect many industries and prop up traditional aircraft manufacturers with turbine engines.
