I'm hearing that many power line operators are finding turn key pilots harder to find. Is any operator paying a sign on bonus these days? Brim posted some $4000 bonus a few years back but no takers and the then pilots were mighty unhappy. I'm happy where I'm at but for money I'll drag up anytime. |

No doubt some strings attached to that deal. Likely a 3 year term of subbordination to substandard leadership, in substandard aircraft making a substandard salary. But hey, if you need the money tomorrow to buy a kidney, it may be worth it for you. |
