 I'm hearing that many power line operators are finding  turn key pilots harder to find. Is any operator paying a sign on bonus these days?  Brim posted some $4000 bonus a few years back but no takers and the then pilots were mighty unhappy.

 I'm happy where I'm at but for money I'll drag up anytime.

This guy gets it, and any Powerline pilot who is worth their weight isn't going to jump for $4K that's chump change.

No doubt some strings attached to that deal. Likely a 3 year term of subbordination to substandard leadership, in substandard aircraft making a substandard salary. But hey, if you need the money tomorrow to buy a kidney, it may be worth it for you.
