kidding!!

Had them at Keystone in the 70s operated in restricted category - don't ask the scheme by which it generated revenue.  Just imagine.

Loudest helicopter I've heard.

first it flew on the clients books, pilots and all, then the client paid the operator, something like that.

The Army used it as an Engine failure training simulator.  ( without the simulation)

one of those destroyed 2 Hueys in 1965.  There were 2 huey B mmodel gunships shot down in Feb 65 south of Vinh Long.  Thee guys were called in and they hooked the first one and got about 100 feet and dropped it.  Went back Vinh Long and worked on the hook.

Went back for second Huey and got it back to maintenance pad in Vinh Long and hook would not release. Crew chief jumped out from approximately 20 foot hover and climed up and released hook. He ran out from under this and it had an engine failure and sat down on the Huey.

NO ONE WAS INJURED THAT DAY AFTER ALL OF THIS.

I have pictures somewhere and if I can find them will post pics of aftemath.
