Med Trans is like $35K. We got $5 in Dec 2022. $10k to be paid around Dec 2023 + 2024, and $20 around Dec 2025. |

Is a longevity bonus. A hiring bonus is paid at time of hire. If labor market has a surplus before you are fully paid that bonus, you might get replaced. The game prevails. |

No one even in the company knows exactly how it is...though it is because NO ONE besides a new hire gets it....It isn't a TRUE sign on bonus at all and NOT paid out all up front but spread out over 3yrs...it is very misleading.....so technically it is a 3yr Stipend you get...after 3yrs you Default back to the crappy pay...BTW, if you leave withing 3yrs, any/all monies or stipend $$$ you get has to be paid back in full that they paid you...IT IS A VERY MISLEADING.... |

i got my FULL bonus with AMC and MTC upon successful completion of my check ride within the next pay period....not spread out....and if you think about the National Pool Slot they are advertising, think twice about it...they will stick you at ONE base and keep you there. Usually one of their contract bases that No One wants to go to...You "go where the companies needs are" and they will stick you there indefinitely till filled....plus the Manager over the Pool Pilots is a Idiot and won't barely fill in when he needs to to milk his position....He has Zero management experience.... |

You should care when it's paid out because it ISNT A BONUS. ITS A STIPEND WITH CONDITONS. if it's over three years that's just your stipend. It won't continue on past three years which means you go back to your CRAPPPPPPY pay and by the way, if you do get paid 50 grand, the governments going to take at least half of that right off the bat and put you in a higher pay category for taxes. |
