USFS MATOC Contract awards +2/-1

Anybody knows what is going on with the awards of the MATOC contracts for type 3 & type 2 Helicopters. I've heard they have been "contested" ...It only takes someone screaming "FOUL" and the whole thing comes to a screeching halt... My personal opinion is that the USFS knows this season is going to be "Slow as melasses" so they are playing it cool... Anybody else out there affected by this? |

Ya im waiting to here something the company says we are suppose to start in Two weeks but still haven't heard nothing |

All the Type 2's were re-bid using the old CWN contract and the line items have been awarded already..... Type 3's the CLIN were submitted two weeks ago and have yet to be awarded. |

Type 2 were resubmitted as a BOA utilizing the old CWN contract and all line items have been awarded. Maybe you should ask where you are working.....they already know if they have a contract this year or not. Type 3 MATOC's awarded already and the CLIN's were bid about 2 weeks ago and not yet awarded. |

slow on the west coast but perhaps a bit more busy on the east side. Plenty dry over here. |
