SFC to 400ft AGL, the altitudes helicotpers routinely operate in.

Now, Part 135 certificates allow beyond visual range operations.

Day and Night

Direct delivery, to anywhere within the authorized area (not designated point to designated point ops)

ADS-B OUT?

TCAS?

Right-of-way rules, execution?

Class B, C, D clearances?

VFR, IFR, LIFR operations?

Identification of operator for encounters?

 

Not much info has been passed along to the helicopter community (traditional airspace users)
