It's been my experience that its supposed to be the Med 'crew' but it turns out it's no one.

they are the only ones trained to do it. the mechanic may remove panels, etc for access, but the med crews clean it up. in 7 seven years, only had to see it done once or twice.

why the hell would a mechanic be cleaning up blood. Hell, you could even get the mutant mechanic of monticello to wash the outside of the aircraft on the rare day he even bothered to show up.

True, we do hydraulic and fuel clean up, but we don't do blood.  Our mechanic, who reassembles the med equipment and floor panels, usually gets stuck doing the final clean up.

mechanics do not clean up blood or "reassemble" med equipment. also, tell me more about "fuel clean up"

you don't want the nurse wrenching on the helicopter just like you don't want the mechanic cleaning up the blood. btw, cleaning up blood is not a duty assigned to the mechanic, it's a duty assigned to the med crew.
