Uuuuhhh... No. Not new sources or new pools. Those are already there, how about we learn why people are leaving for better opportunities and start with fixing the reason people are leaving. Or how about we look at how do we help attract pilots to this industry. I'll start by saying we should treat them like the professionals they are. Give them a pipeline to not enter the industry $100k or more in debit to only make $70k after 10 years of service. No, sign-on bonus' are not how you help that. |

you don't go 100k in debt learning to fly and no pilot is only making 70k after 10 years. my first job at RLC 16 years ago paid at 900 hours with no turbine time paid 53K. they now start at 72K. not bad money for a first job. I'm now making 140+. |

everything. RLC is paying 72K for robbie pilots. I do zero work over but I do get paid OT for my travel. |

all want really high income look carefully through corporate jobs. Good pay,work schedules, benefits, equipment and much more. Can't hurt to take a peek. |
