Been staying offshore, dirty place, my ears itch now, feels like I have little bugs crawling around in my head, I took q-tip and whipped inside my ear and there is little tiny black bug things on the q-tip, I swear there moving, Its driving me crazy, its like there munching away at my outer brain skin, any you ever had anything like this happen to you ?

 Yes, had nothing to do with my job or the gulf. Met a guy and started using cleaner meth. Bug issues went away. 

No dude, its not meth causing these stange feelings, but the tiny bugs also give me a strange feeling of having water stuck in my ear except there is no water in my ear. I think the tiny bugs are slowly eating there way deeper deeper inside and nibbling at the edge if my brain skin and thars causing my stange feeling, I asked the offshore paramedic about the tiny black bugs in my ear and just looked at me and asked if I was kidding, I said of course not, then he said no and would not even give me pain killers, I think I may have a serious long term medical condition but I on hitch and cant get it treated till I home. Or could the Paramedic know all along is covering it up to help the company ? I have read about such stuff and big oil has a lot of power , or could it caused by the covid shot , a after effect of the jab ?

I had the same thing. I put 91% alcohol in a small eye dropper bottle and put a few drops in each ear every night. Problem solved.
