YUP. Amazing how the C-suite just doesn't see it. Cut half the Area Managers and the RAMs. Some areas have pretty poor Marketing Managers wasting money pretty badly as well. |

...I would estimate that Metro's middle management structure is about 25% of AMC's. There is far less micromanagement with Metro, IMHO. |
