bonus. Wow. Usually a $2000 paid out and now a cheesy $100 gift card? Times are dim there. But yeah we will give out $50,000 sign on bonus's to New Hires, which in fact it is paid out over 3yrs. Now they are looking for any P/T they can sign up they are so short. Glad I left years ago. |

Every March/April we would get a safety and incentive bonus. Safety was like $400 a year but the incentive could be a couple grand, all taxed of course so take home was a bit less. I'm still holding out hope this gift card isn't the replacement for that, but, new board new rulers. It is what it is. |

I got $400, in 2020 I got $736 and in 2021 it was $276. It was deposited on April 15 or 16 all three years. Forget about 2 grand. |

around March/April you would get a Bonus...it was for Profit sharing if the money made over its goal dummies...had nothing to do with Retention....It always matched about 1 week worth of pay AFTER TAXES...to the dummy that got $276 blah blah that was a QUARTERLY Safety Bonus dummy....The last couple of years it has been rare to get that Profit sharing check...but depending on how much you made blah blah I got $1800 less taxes |

only paid once a year. $100 a quarter for base crews and mechanics and usually paid in February or March. Seems like admin people were less -- lower risk. |

your dumb...geeeez.....yeah there were safety bonus's (OSHA recordables) etc....geeeez pay attention on those quarterly stakeholder calls sometime, and maybe you will learn something....and the yearly BONUS was a Profit sharing over the company goal...it was NEVER a retention bonus.....HELL even the SIGN ON bonus they are bragging about ISN"T a Sign on bonus....it is paid out over 3yrs with conditions. |
