Haverfield has always been a training company. Low wages and high turn over. Pilots learn the trade and move on to better money and better equipment. The talent pool ebbs and flows with some skilled pilots in abundance until they move on. Quanta MBA types keep trying the ex military MBA types believing education and the Army way must equal knowledge and skill. |
