Has the Forest Service come out with any awards for EU ships. Or did the people in the red tape factory come up with new requirements? Like a MATOC sign off or another ride with a subject matter expert? It's been a while since solicitations were due. |

They'll get around to it eventually and then the protests will crush it into another year of CWN before we do it all again next year. |

After talking to some higher ups at the circus last week, they seem more confused than ever. Not sure what the heck they are doing but it is very confusing and rather misleading on the matoc. |
