What does this have to do with the COVID Shot? Quit trying to make stuff up! It say they will start screening for lipids and cholesterol. I get my fats checked every year, not because of covid, but because that is how you can tell how healthy your heart and blood is. Jeezus

Blood lipid numbers in themselves don't really tell the whole picture

Also, the way they are interpreted changes...

If they want a full battery to understand someone's risk, they need to take into account

HDL
LDL
Triglycerides
LP(a)
hsCRP (high sensitivity C-reactive protein) - This shows your inflammation
LP-PLA2
APOB/APOA ratio
Homosysteine
oxLDL (Oxidized LDL)
BMI
A1C
Fasting Insulin

The inflammation is where it's all at

The hs-CRP, if below 1, means your cardiovascular risk is very low, even with high LDL
High HDL is also beneficial, to a point

High Triglycerides are just all around bad

High LP(A) with high inflammation is bad

This is a complex matrix, as you can see, that goes well beyond a standard Lipid panel

High BMI means you release more inflammation (Interluekin 7) which causes inflammation

High A1C also means you are dealing with insulin resistance, which means you have more insulin needed to process the sugar - That means higher inflammation and hence higher chance of cardiovascular

So, the Canadian thing is not quite as straight forward as it appears

have a Canadien contractor working W/records dept. from Quebec. She was telling how BAD the lock downs were & Jabs, having to show verification to get into any stores & limited amout of people. Thealso had the highest + & deaths form cv-19 in all of canada!! She hated it with her kids being not able to go out & get natural immunity for other  things.

It's a simple article. They are not going to list every single test required by the new regulations to that much detail. When I hear a Lipid panel, I think of everything you would need for blood fat and liver testing.

Also, You can't just throw out big words and think you know what you're talking about. TC, HDL, LDL, Triglycerides is about all you need for bloodwork to start off with, if those numbers are consistantly off, not just a single time testing, then it's worth investigating further. Although, there is quite a bit of research out now that indicates a Lipid profile is genetic dependant, so it might not actually be that indicitive of heart health.

It's called a Fasting Glucose test. Not an insulin test, and there is no reason for an A1C test unless you have multiple FG tests that are high over time. Could you get one for S&G's? Sure, but no reason for it without other indicators.

BMI is no longer a standard of care. It has been shown over numerous journals and research articles to be a very poor indicator of health and can not be relied upon.
