When flying part 135 do you have to comply with part 91? An example would help. Thanks.

Yes,

Part 91 applies to every aircraft.

Part 135 also applies to the specific operator.

Must comply with all regs that apply to you.

N registered A/C fly under 14 CFR 91. When they have a paying pax that the operator charges i.e. medical personnel then they operate under 14 CFR 135. Tours,135, Off shore 135

When flying part 135 do you have to comply with part 91? An example would help. Thanks.

Part 135 does not specifically talk about weather in great detail. However, in Part 91.155 there is a list of weather criteria that pilots must obey in the different types of airspaces in which we operate. Cloud-clearances and stuff. And yes, you still have to comply with those Part 91 bits even if you're operating under Part 135.

The OP asked if we have to comply with Part 91 when operating under Part 135?  Not sure what your problem is, I provided an example: 91.155 that specifies cloud-clearance criteria that are not expressed in Part 135, but we still have to observe and comply with them. So that actually is an example that the OP was asking for. Do you understand how this whole internet forum thing works, or are you just being argumentative for fun (yours)? I've known some pretty slow helicopter pilots in my day - perhaps you're one of them.

must comply with Part 91 at all times, in addition those parts of it amended by Part 135.

There.

Easy.

No. Absolutely not. If you're flying a Part 135 operation, 91 goes right out the window. If this wasn't covered in your orientation or in your GOM, you need to ensure that it this info is shared with the rest of your pilot group (company email or SharePoint is great for this sort of thing). Once you've taken care of that, let your Chief Pilot know you're getting the message out, and see if there's anything he or she might wish to add.
