There's the problem 

From what I know about them... The above comment isn't very far off the mark. I work for a neighboring program and every time I come across the North guys, Hooooraw, is all I can say.

Good pay.

4 nights, 3 days, 7 off or 3 days and 4 nights, 7 off.

MX is good.

2 new H135's on order. One should arrive soon.

Management is so-so. 

It's a quirky but decent place to work. Med crews and line pilots are great, CP and DO, not so much. 

The winters are pretty rough if you are not used to it. 

I've never worked for them, but have a friend who has for many years.  He pretty much echos what Ex North had to say.  I'm not sure what they pay, we've never discussed that, but he's happy and been there for a very long time, so I'm guessing it's decent.
