Hey Lyn...Good job with the survey once again but one question should have been worded a little different.  #27 - Yes, I am making more money (which is good) but all the shortages suck and I'm tired of working extra.  I realize "both" isn't really an answer but it's how I really feel right now.  Just my $.02

Hans, simple solution is to stop doing work overs.

Not doing the workovers is absolutely an option but my company has made it pretty hard to turn them down.  It's literally a 50/50 for me.  Sick of the work but love the paycheck.  I haven't tipped the scale yet where the money isn't worth it. If they reduce the benefit or I truly get sick of them, I'm done.

Retribution for not doing workover is bs and I hope that doesn't happen to you.

I also hope that you don't lose too much time away from family with the extra workover. More money is good but too much time away from family is where my line is.
