you're already working down there. is is not an upgrade as you must already be current and qualified in the 76. not sure how they "did this to themselves" as you can't pay pilots when the aircraft are sitting. they sat for a long time before covid too bro |

So PHI wants a training bond for the 407 to stop attrition and pilots moving up. Now they need 76 pilots and can't find in-house so need to look outside. Haha Can't make this up. Don't forget the 3% 401k BONUS too, wow |

They can find all they want inhouse. 30 VRF pilots bid on every upgrade. You don't need any kind of training bond to keep pilots from upgrading. You simply just don't upgrade them. PHI has always taken IFR pilots from off the street and also upgraded inhouse pilots from the VFR side to IFR. Nothing they are doing is anything new. PHI can take any Robbie Ranger and put them into a 407 but it's a little harder and a lot more expensive to make them a twin IFR pilot. They'd rather spend their money on experienced IFR pilots for IFR aircraft. |

all IFR pilots go throught the same training, no matter what their background but this is what you're going to need. Rangers need not apply:
- S76C++ Qualified and Current (IOGP Standards)
- ATP Helicopter
- 3000 Total Hours Helicopter
- 1500 Hours PIC Helicopter
- 1200 Hours PIC Multi-Engine Helicopter
- 100 Hours PIC in Type
- First Class Medical
- Candidates will be eligible for a $12,000 Sign-On Bonus
