Could be an illusion but it appears as though it began with a nose-low slope. There is also a fwd tilt of 5 deg. To compensate for... if there is a fwd CG and a tailwind it could lead do a damaged bumper.

It appears the aircraft is running. It may be a demonstration of how far back you go to hit the bumper. When I did factory training they did the same thing for me.
