So i'm mid 50's EMS guy and looking at making the jump to the Airlines...my question is if i am employed by a regional scuh as SkyWest/PSA/Frontier and fly til age 65  MR age, do I have lifetime flight benefits after retirement? Thanks!

Frontier isn't a regional. It's a ULCC or Low Cost Carrier. I bring this up because regionals like Skywest or PSA generally offer a 401K similar to what you'd get in HEMS where you only get a match of sorts up to a certain percentage of gross. Low Cost Carriers and Majors generally automatically put the equivalent of 14-16% of your gross pay into a retirement account without you having to contribute anything. Note that you CAN contribute more on top of that of you like. I don't think anyone with the exception of Delta and a few others still have the lifelong retirement stipend; and that's no longer offered to new employees.
