The EMTS at Boston MedFlight are unionizing under the Teamsters. That just leaves the pilots not unionized. Unions dont come in when thinsg are good... |

are far less volatile than your imagination seems to be pointing to and for the small population of helicopter pilots far more worthwhile. I prefer to think of us as rugged A-type independent individuals ready to take on the world, travel it, etc. but when it comes to pay and benefits it takes a collective effort to assure a company comes through. Divided we fall, united we win. In some sense it all sucks, but, our work is business, not personal and not fantasy. |

I can't believe this post was deleted. Truth hurts I guess. There is a reason that BMF has such a high turn over rate for pilots. Why is that statement delete worthy? |
