Also make note: During that first year if you get written up, counselled, fail a check ride, pilot deviation, hospital complaint you will not receive the Bonus. It is in the fine print. |

The sign on bonus for all GMR companies is $15,000 payed after you pass your checkride.
The $40K bonus comes after year 3. |

When the incentives were announced in 2022 everyone got 5k up front. 10k will be paid at the end of 2023 and 2024, and 20k will be paid at the end of 2025 |

Not quite. It will be paid altogether in Jan 2026. If you leave early you can get a payout for a portion of it depending on the year. |

Current pilots as of 7-1-22 got $5K retention and set up to receive $40K lump retention Jan '26. It does not pay out 10K 10K 20K along the way. |
