Quick answer: Pilot error (wildest GD speculation but 95% of the time that's accurate) Accurate answer: Best chance of an accurate answer requires the most reasonably complete investigation. Which takes time. Just blame the pilot, it's quicker? |

that investigations take time & the final response will be completed. I've been involved W/several non-fatal & fatal :-(. This one not only has A/C in good condition for data recovery considering it crashed , but also has PIC & Pax to answer any questions the NTSB has. |
