Okay really though what is "Modified VFR"? He says it. Med crews say it. Is that some new term? I mean I know what Marginal is but.... how do we modify VFR? same with "inadvert meteorological conditions"... |

I mean I know what IIMC is, but several times in this video he just says "inadvertent meteorological conditions" not "inadvertent instrument meteorological conditions"" and "modified VFR" not "marginal VFR". Call me a stickler for terminology, but I kind of cringe when I hear people say things like this. and lately I'm hearing more med crews say this and have no idea what it is. He's not wrong on pressure and culture though. I worked there a few years ago. Was crazy And I don't even want to put it on a resume. |
