So, what happened to the big bonuses and stipends Air Methods was posting for HAA pilot jobs?  Does the new salary structure of the CBA include big money....$100.000.00 or more per year?  Fire away!

You Guys don't  know how good you have it! In 1982 I started at the bottom feeder Houston Helicopters for $1,600 per month! That was pretty standard for all offshore operators at the time! Quit whining!

Pay is too high, recommend pay cuts. Way too tired paying them high dolla' ladies. Used to get me $5 one, but since riding high, I get them nice, 'xpensive ones.

Cadillac gas expensive too, shoulda got electric. I get the bagels with extras now too.

Pay way too high...mo' money, mo pro'lems...

Adjusted for inflation, $1,600 in 1982 is equal to $4,746 in 2022.
Annual inflation over this period was 2.76%.

With all the inflation over the years, that pay then is far better than now.  Taxes, healthcare, cell phones, fuel, etc.

Hay Boomer quit your whining, your the reason this industry is in the toilet.

Accra can be taken away as fast as its given. That's why you should be paid a good salary not to include the ACCRA.

Jeez you guys need help.

It has not been taken away in the past. if they did try, it would have to be during contract negotiations. it's kind of like saying you have health insurance or pto "until they take it away". not happening bro

it could go up too. most likely would stay the same but you don't have to move nowhere. might be another straw for you to grasp at. maybe if they "move your base" from Cali to Iowa. then you would be right bro lol

Will lose it for a closure. Should have got the Union involved. if what you say is true they would have made sure you kept the ACCRA like they did with my base. Unions help!

When Allentown PA based medevac came to AMC from EraMed, pilots who stayed on got 120% ACCRA. 18 months later when all the openings were filled the bases were dropped to 90% and paid at the 100% rate. 20% pay cut sucked, and yes it did happen.

remember the ex-Army troll who would saddle up next to ya with a covert look and flash a prospective salary at ya fully expecting you'd be over joyed and discuss the huge bucks with no one.  He was actually a tad powerful back then within the operations area but sure was a class A putzz!  He was hilarious but ya had to humor the little lad.

$82-86k, sign on bonus, retention bonus after 1 year for current employees (depending)

not sure if $250 stipend will contiune for OT shifts in 23'

not sure if union will get what it's after, but it should

company is dragging it's feet hoping economy will sh*t so they can stuff us with worse contract

HAA has been unpaided for decades, if AMC gets a great contract it will help us all just like GMR raise.
