Im not sure what world you are living in, but the only individual judging you get is how well you negotiate on the day you get hired. The rest of your time at PHI you only get the bare minimum of what they have to give you. I don't really like a union either, and in an ideal world, they wouldn't be needed because the company would treat their people right. |

Better benefits at worse outfits....
Kinda wondering why EMS is part of my O&G 401k factoring???? EMS never did anything for me when I was getting Mosquito bit in Cameron.....or any other $#!+ hole for that matter. |

Quit PHI and voted with my feet. It's a sad day when a regional FO has Better pay and benefits than a SPIFR pilot. I didnt forget the years of no raises, cutting the 401k to the point it's almost non existent. Health care costs increased plus if your spouse wasn't Vaxxed they tacked on another 100 bucks. Oh and if your spouse was eligible for insurance at their employer they charged extra for that too ! Phi is a dumpster fire! PHI lacks leadership in Phoenix, they just have a midget who cowers to the investors and tells them what they want to hear. |
