until cleared by FAA to do so - coordinate through AME who 'should' know precisely the procedure as prescribed by the Feds.  The FAA medications database is available online for advice but make sure you are at least cleared by an AME.

The reference is to the situation as described.  Go ahead and take a medication that leads to an incident or accident and see how things turn out for you.  The poster said nothing about running to the Fed about every pill ya take - and yes, get real, not reactive with a bad temper.
