If the individual can teach LL, NVG, Mountain, Fire preferably in a B212, UH-1 (Series), UH-60, B412 (All series)...then have them call me or apply. If not and only capable of conducting a .293/.299 as requested, probably not. Quite happy to entertain a more experienced pilot for higher compensation bringing more capability to the table. I'm a believer in good compensation matching experience expanding our company capabilities. Why would any company NOT feel that way!

Do you need to be 135 current? I was a Check Airman for 206/407/350 years ago but I've been Part 91 for 11years,

Although being current is preferred, having many years of Part 135 training/checking experience is more important than Part 135 currency at this point. We can handle that. I do need recent instructor experience in one or more of the aircraft listed. Thank you for the inquiry.

Everybody is all ready making that now where they are plus the vacation, 401 contributions and per deim. Why bother for some short term thing for no more money just to use up all your days off. Youre dreaming if you think pilots with "many years" of 135 training experience are going to consider this.

Looks like he is wanting folks that would do this as a side job, not as a primary source of income.  If you work a 7/7 this would be solid.

$1000 a day plus all expenses is not too shabby of a side hustle.

$1000 per day before taxes might look juicy on paper, but after the IRS is done with taking money away you're left with somewhere around about half of that. All of a sudden $1000 doesn't look so interesting anymore.

I would agree. Might want to start a company, similar to a DPE. The upside becomes very apparent. An S Corp works well in these scenarios.

no pay for travel days. that would seriously cut into it and you would have almost no time off. this sounds like a better deal than it really is. im a new guy at AMC and my daily rate for ot is $1071 plus per deim and it contributes to ss, 401, vacation and I get paid ot to get there. who needs a side job when it pays less?

Unless the location was in say Destin, Scottsdale, Naples or some place similar, I would need more money.

There was a post that appears to have been removed that referenced doing this as though it was a primary full time gig.  Hence the response.

If there was a post regarding this being a F/T gig, it wasn't from me nor did I infer such a statement. It's a simple P/T opportunity. Thanks

where or where could you possibly go to make more money that would also contribute to ss, your vacation and 401k and you could even get paid for the travel. I cant think of any place.

Wasn't the offer. If that's an opportunity, take it! This is simply a P/T gig during your week off. If It doesn't fit your need, don't apply.
