They also currently net $27 BILLION a year... and think they can't offer sick leave? Sad that the government intervened and forced them to accept the contract. They get a whopping one day of PTO to use if they get sick... otherwise any sickness must use regular leave and be scheduled in advanced. $27 BILLION and they can't hire more workers or take care of their people? Ridiculous |

Gee…. If you give people any amount of sick leave they will use it. What the railways have put in place is a system where sick leave is UNPAID. That leaves the incentive to blow off work costly. Crazy how unpaid sick makes people better faster. Blah, blah, blah…… say the medicals that rant ‘ if you’re sick you bring it to work, yeah, so does stopping at the liquor store fat nurse |
