the 1% reversal must begin. Their wealth has been stolen from you and your family. They care not for you. You have all been tricked. A few good men.....

Unions have always supported the Democratic Party. How does it feel to be betrayed?

Guess it depends on which union you're in. 8 of the 12 unions involved were all in on the deal. The unions not for the deal were generally not railworkers but support type groups.

The government got involved to help keep the economy from going boots up. I guess that could be considered anti union for a few unions but pro American citizen.

But since it was not an unanimous agreement between them, didn't they all agree not to support the deal put in front of them?

That's the problem with Local 108 and 109 now!   Local 108 is PHI, but ith a completely separate class and craft of pilots delegated by OPEIU as a mere "committee".   And, now, same thing with Local 109 mixing line pilot class and craft with check airmen class and craft.

Each Class and Craft needs to be it's own INDEPENDANT local!

It goes both ways- the owners/employers as well as the union/members must see their actions as it affects America, Americans and the economy. A Pyrrhic victory is a win that both sides lose. There has to be a better way than that, or making 'Big Brother' settle your disagreement.

that these "great and wonderful" unions have never, in all their decades of representation, gotten any paid sick leave into their contracts???
Ask real questions about the problems.
