Esp. Flying for a regional. Airlines are structured towards career betterment. First 1/2 or 1/3 is spent getting to a major and building seniority. Second half or 2/3 is enjoying it and the money. It's something best started when you have no family also. The favorable time off will not come untill later. |

helps for sure but staring at the same instrument panel for hours upon hours upon hours gets really really really boring, especially when all one sees out the wind screen is black or gray or blue and so high the world looks like ur not attached to it (that might be a good thing). |
