I hope things are going well for you and your families. Thank you for all that you do to make our company successful!

Here is what’s on my mind this week:

• This week we met with the Company’s unprepared representatives who failed to provide a single reply or counter proposal, nor did they provide the “comprehensive pay proposal” that they stated they would back in August. 
• We are concerned that the Company is talking more about how to bring new pilots in the door than how to keep current Pilots here at AMC. 
• We are just simply not seeing a matched level of willingness and effort to get this contract ratified quickly by the Company.

An actual revenue generator

pilots are cheaper, in some sense, but more expensive in others.  IWII

Because they know you guys won't walk!  

The smart ones will vote with their feet.  The personnally greedy ones will join a union position to get a kickback somewhere.  Everyone else can care less about the laborers. 

Glad I left.  Sad for those who stayed (well, there are some who have a good deal; region/program dependent of course).

Anyone who's only alternative is starvation, hates their job, and won't start or join a union, deserves what they have.

most of the non union companies are better compensated.
