Medcrew own the managers and the company can't keep pilots is the result.  Pilots are attacked behind their backs by medcrew and visibility upfront by management.  Pilots walk away...

If they could do all of those things then they would.  They're not "giving" you anything, they are doing what is necessary to staff the base. 

One of my requirements is housing without a room-mate while off-duty.  It's not negotiable...you don't provide it, I'm gone.  Seems to be working fine.

They love to get in your business, watch and make assessments about everything.  If you can't decouple from medcrew on your 10 hours off time rest (locking yourself in a room is not crew rest) if medcrew are outside of that door, leave that company immediately don't even give them the courtesy of notice.
