There's a ton more to the contract than just the pay. Work rules, benefits, how said pay is credited, scheduling etc. The Scope and how much volume they grant the regionals was huge this last session.The pay raise is a significant part of it but only one piece in a huge puzzle. |

Ypu are correct on there being other issues that were at play.To keep it simple I just put in the pay issue. |
