that allowed the previous contract to pass into "status quo" 7 YEARS AGO? And hasn't accomplished anything during that time?  That's supposed to be inspiring how?

Part 135 HAA vs. Part 121...big difference. Imagine the EBITDA difference. 

Passing the increases in wage differences to the HAA customers is getting more difficult. May be easier to shut down bases with thin revenue.
