those companies already employ pilots. it's not like there's a bunch helicopters sitting around that you can just jump into. you want a powerline job, apply for one. this must be you're first day as it's obvious have zero contacts in the industry. |

Well… thank you haters. I do have a power line job. I did this same thing in PR a few years back. Turns out there were PLENTY of very small operators I’d never heard of looking to fill seats with a turn key power liner. However, many didn’t get paid by PREPA and restructured I am still waiting for real response. YES…. day rate exists YES… lots of one machine owners are word-of-mouth YES… I am looking for part 91 owners that pay cash for turn key and a will to work in disaster on my 21 off |

Haven't heard, because you're not wanted. those that have been down there, have already been contacted about possibly going back, and they're not looking for anyone to do a rotation. It's gonna be full time. stick to your day job, cause if you were wanted, you would have been contacted. |
