Unfortunately it is not specific to one program. It is written in the GOM for everyone to follow. I know for a fact that no one at our base is wearing one. |

AM preflight, alone. Thought I was on the long low BK 117 step - wrong, I was on the engine bay inspection step, much higher. Stepped back and suddenly falling. Tuck head forward, fall, contact, roll over backwards on concrete pad. Slight neck and bum twerk, otherwise just fine. No stands for preflight provided, reported it, got laughed at, so much for working fora cheap ash US helicopter operator. Airborne for real. |

It helps if you have upper body strength. It helps more if you can support all your body weight with one arm. The most help you can get is having a low body fat. |
