I noticed this site has a section called Helicopter Salaries. Not too many companies listed or have currents salaries displayed. How close is the Air Evac LifeTeam to actual/current?

That site used to have payscales from most of the big companies but they never got updated so they eventually got removed. Interestingly enough, you can go over to www.airlinepilotcentral.com and see what the current payscale is for just about every airline in the United States.

California just passed a law that will required companies with 15 or more workers to include pay scales in job postings and provide them to employees upon request. This might benefit everyone in the country who is wanting to see the pay scales for the major helicopter companies doing business in Commiefornia.

I flew EMS Helos for years and swapped to 121 about15 years ago.  My salary flying ems was 3k a month.  I just picked up a one day trip flying 121 as OT and made close to 8K for the one day.   Most of us here make over 300K a year with many senior pilots pushing 500k a year.   a first year FO makes 150K easy.   Airlines are begging for pilots now as even the regionals are paying upwards of 200k a year.
