I have been wait for someone to file suit against the union and AMC for the illegal contract. There is a clause which prohibits hiring any pilot over 70. That clause is patenty illegai. Curious as to why noone has fought it. |

It is illegal to discriminate the basis of age. 121 carriers fo it because of FAA refs. There is no 135 age restroctopi. The clause is illegal on its face. That is the problem. |

or whatever they call it, without the Option of a Strike or walk out...the Big Wigs at the company know that and say "so what are you going to do about it?".......and all the union says is stop OT...lol......yeah ok.....until the union can really PUNCH hard back, then not worth it....the 109 hasn't had any grasp on the company since been there....Unless you can enforce a Strike or Walk out and missing flights...and Yeah I have been with the Local 108 and 109 for years.....all the Union Heads is blame the company....outsiders in the Union running the hen house... |
