Faulty valves and cryo fuel issues.
Kinda makes you wonder why it's so difficult to do today what was so easy to do in 1968.
Either today, we have better tech and dumber techs, or back in the day, we had better lies and smarter techs because the tech was obviously lacking.

Buzz has no problem propagating the lie. Armstrong on the other hand had trouble dealing with his conscience, hence all the awkward interviews. Gus Grissom realized it was all a farce before his due time, and was silenced.... |

Why we have not gone back yet.....
They waiting for Buzz to die so he don't have to punch any more reporters when the world finds out we will never be able to seen man past low earth orbit with out first killing every one on board when the ship passes thru all the radiation in the van allen belts.
