Pilot’s to eat what they are serving not even remotely related to flying duties. As a result, training and other costs associated with pilots must be thru the freaking roof. Not so? Just look at all of the pilot openings. You would think all of these HAA Helicopter Companies are new start-up operations. Pilots are leaving and running away as if they hair (or bald head) is on fire. HR, pilots are tired of doing your work for you. |

It seems like a SWEET DEAL at first because you have no extra duties, micromanagement (granted, there is, but NOTHING like the Army), and the 7 days off between hitches. You're right, though. Once you step away, you realize they were paying me CRAP for that job!!!! |
