pretty much every AMC pilot will now be making 100K. 

 86k plus 9k IACCRA and 6K experience bump. I have less than six months with the company.

you were only making 80k before the 14% after 14 years which doesn't seem possible but I'm not calling you a liar.

You said your base was five over mine. I'm at 86. Hopefully my experience bonus of 6 won't go away? Been wondering. We will see Friday. I was hired at 70 something so the raise was a big bump Almost 16%. I wouldn't say you are getting screwed over but the start pay before this was very low without AACRA and the experience bonus. 85 after 14 years is terrible. They could have just raised the staring pay and screwed everybody over but they didn't. That's what's happened to me in the past and what usually happens. They're trying to stop people from leaving. We will get 15 large next nov if we stick around. Better than a sharp stick in the eye.

Been with AMC for 10 years with 25 years of experience as an HAA pilot. AMC does not pay me a $6K "experience" stipend and I have only received raises per CBA Union Contract. I made less than $86K before the latest raise announced by AMC management.

I haven't heard about these special bonuses for "experience". ???

THAT is precisely the way they've always operated!!

What gets me is how management live with themselves operating this way.

Pilots, idiot medcrews and Mechanics.  How do you think they will recoup that?  Watch out low performer bases you will be closed and people laid off.  Just watch and see.  History repeats itself.  Closures coming.  Costs about $1 million a yea to run a base. Watch how that is recouped 

They always close bases with low flight volume. It's not like those bases don't produce any revenue so they don't "save a million". Is this your first day on earth? BTW, you say this about every month or so but it never seems to happen.

AMC will make money by closing bases! Closing bases is very profitable! The more bases you close, the more money they make! lol

if they close 50 bases, that will give them 50 million dollars they didn't have before because that's how recouping works. just as history has shown us.

Start education campaign for medcrew to explain to them that it IS possible to fly in rain and that the following weather is MORE than safe to fly it: 1000/3 day and 1500/5 night.  Both are well above minimums AND more than safe at the same time.  

It's shocking to hear what medcrew are comfortable flying in.  Typically it seems to be 1500/3 day and 2000/5 night (non-mountainous).  Been questioning float medcrew that travel to other regions and they say about the same.  

Ridiculous.  It's unbelievable how much revenue is lost because a medic/nurse looks out the window and says "uh... I don't know... those clouds look really low".  Out of experience, it's also unreal how much they talk about the "weather" we were flying in when visibility dropped to less than 10 miles. 

AMC is losing TONS based on ridiculous wx turn-downs.
