Schedule is typical 7/7 although there is one place out west that does a 14/14.
13 days per year PTO accrued for all GMR companies now in your first 5 years and you can roll over your time every year. |

PTO accrual rate is based on years of service. There is a max amount of PTO that you can bank then you stop accruing. You can cash out your PTO hours if you chose. On a certain calander date your PTO hours will roll into the next year (but only a certain amount) they will manditory cash out the rest. |

I worked for them for several years and have zero complaints. That being said, I was in Region 8 and the management in that Region was outstanding. Literally one of the best guys I’ve ever worked for. I can not speak for other Regions but if you’re considering hiring on with them, go to Region 8...period! By the way, my reason for leaving the company had nothing to do with pay or management. It was strictly location based. |
