I also got terminated from Air Methods (before even starting training) for apparently aggrevating someone at a urinalysis. I don't even know for sure who I upset. HR didn't even give me the chance to tell my side of the story, nor did they tell me what the issue even was. I found out from the lead pilot who hired me.

I never even gave EMS a second chance after that.

Cheers,

Josh

Cool

Yeah. Sure. You're a Victim. Innocent

Time, logistics, training...lots of overhead is required to bring a pilot in and qualify them. it's a big decision to let someone go. Could it be your true colors were manifested post hiring? Character and judgement flaws that were so igregious that the company had to admit they made a mistake, eat the monies, and let you go. There is more to being a professional pilot.  Fortunately for others, you were discovered and asked to part ways.

Hold onto your victim mentality. Not surprisingly, you have lured out a lot of "likes" from other like-minded victims in this forum.

Exactly. This guy is not innocent of his actions. Takes more than "wiggling the sticks" in our business. I imagine this person would create a toxic environment.

The "customers" in HAA have way too much influence and power in day to day operations.  FAA needs to acutually start enforcing operational control.  PIC has FINAL authority.  Also, the Metro GOM has gotten so convoluted after all the re writes, they don't even know what they wrote in there.

I too was fired from Metro.  I took them to court and won.   Maybe it's time for helicopter pilots to stand together, as the professionals we are.

Is like CNN when it comes to narrative bias for a paying customer in my opinion
