I also got terminated from Air Methods (before even starting training) for apparently aggrevating someone at a urinalysis. I don't even know for sure who I upset. HR didn't even give me the chance to tell my side of the story, nor did they tell me what the issue even was. I found out from the lead pilot who hired me.
I never even gave EMS a second chance after that.

The "customers" in HAA have way too much influence and power in day to day operations. FAA needs to acutually start enforcing operational control. PIC has FINAL authority. Also, the Metro GOM has gotten so convoluted after all the re writes, they don't even know what they wrote in there. |

I too was fired from Metro. I took them to court and won. Maybe it's time for helicopter pilots to stand together, as the professionals we are. |
