NTSB Preliminary is out.

As initially reported in the news (and later redacted): the pilot became sick in flight and lost control:

Easy for you to say sitting on you fat *ss waiting to decline a flight.  What about the sheer terror the crew felt when the pilot went lights-out.  Short of a HEMS pilot that fell asleep at the cyclic, when was the last HAA accident that was atributible to pilot incapacitation?  If I'm wrong, no worries.  If you're wrong, more aircraft will go down.  How many people have to die before you are willing to admit that you may not know it all?
