If you started in 2012 at 65K you should now be at around $85K before the 14% raise.  After the 14% raise, you should be around $96K.

 

From what I heard the pay scale went away and was replaced by a pay range for new hires.  This gives a new hire the ability to negotiate base upon EMS experience.

we going to make it same across the board they said, hahaha 

15000 dollars more to a new pilot to start

plus new scale is as high as seniors

 

thats if you want to fly a 40 year old machine  which all are running out of parts 

newest news, there are  no more turbines for the 206 or 407s 

guess we will start buying old machines out there to supply the parts for now
