Transporting a Gulf of Mexico gas pipeline measurement tech crew. Predictable loads, never sooner than 0700 and no later than 1900, welcome everywhere for lunch, RoN, whatever. Only disadvantage was not a lot of flying, on average a couple, three hours a day. |

ENG was a great job !Had a good boss flew a nice aircraft and the money was much better than EMS! would have retired there if the company had not sold to a company that did not use helicopters! |

Figures you would get a thumbs down. What did you expect? Flew ENG 17 years in San Diego of all places.. Raised my family, home every night with them. Station was like extended family. Some days were a pain being on call most of the time. i'e some holidays. Would had retired there if my partner didn't surrender the contract. No regrets. Good times. Thumb me down ladies.. |

about that. A helicopter operator that does a little of everything like powerline patrol, photo, passenger transport, cable patrol, pipeline patrol, bank paper transport (many decades ago), external load, etc. |
