If it doesn't equal $86k, you will automatically be bumped up to $86k. This was a measure meant to help stop the bleeding of pilots to GMR temporarily. The union has confirmed there will still be pay negotiations in the upcoming negations. AMC guys will still get more pay to come, as this measure still screws any pilot that has been with AMC longer than 3 years.. This is not the end offer by either side. Time will tell now how much we will get

now everyone in the field is a critical employee.  Never wouldah thunk it.  Amazing the words and rhetoric that come from HR and corporate weenies when they think "gee, we might get in trouble with all of what we're not doing for our field coworkers, better throw some money at the problem".  All's well if it all ends well but don't let your guard down.
