I had a pair of Maui Jim's... 

 

only ever used them for flying! 
always kept in their case.

glasses cost almost $300.00.

frames started to crack.  Lenses are still in excellent conditio, but ...  Apparently not covered by warranty that is only 2 years.

 

 

look for a company that has a good product with a lifetime warranty.

 

I won't buy Maui Jim's ever again

Another vote for Serengeti's. Nice thin frame helps with the ear cup seal.

Hands down, Serengeti Drivers. Absolutely the best sunglasses for adapting to different lighting levels. Also, they're not polarized so there's no issues with glass cockpits
