of factors to make a recession but putting too much money on the market is a prime example. Allows prices to go up cuz too many folks got the money to afford everything. If you think this is bad you shouldah been around buying a house in 1978 - 82. Check the mortgage rates back then. The current mess is nothing compared to then but there are much bigger storm clouds on the horizon. Might get ugly, we'll see. |
